Charged $56 for bath and trim on 18lb cocker, she had been groomed & shaved down just 3wks earlier. I should have asked how much first, then I would have walked out! When I asked why so much, the groomer replied with a snippy, "your dog is large"... Are you kidding me..get glasses! 18lbs is large? Closer check, it was a shoddy groom. Muzzle wasn't even touched & I found three spots were my puppy was bleeding from cuts, also she had pooped in the cage and they didn't clean her up, they gave her to me that way!,...NEVER AGAIN...beware!
