I bought my puppy from this store, not only he was healthy but he is amazing, beautiful, and a super healthy puppy; which you don't find that anymore in a pet store. I have been taking my dog, there for about 2 years already, and I have never had any problem with them, in fact my dog loves it there. He knows when he is going to Mickey's because he starts going around and jumping, he gets really excited to go there, and right when he comes in he starts licking the girl's face, like if he was really happy to see her, and when the groomer comes he gets super excited and starts playing with him, They do and amzing job!I love ther work, and the environment of the place, you feel your dog is being love and yourself too. I hate what the review from the top said, I have been going there for about 2 years, and they are amazing! Don't let review liek the one on the top, that just wants to damage the image of others, lie to you!! I LOVE MICKEY'S PET SALON, I won't change it at all!!!  By Isac from Chicago, IL Posted Aug 22, 2010 I dropped off my Pomeranian dog "Shimmie" a very happy, kind and gentle dog at Mickeys. Two hours later I came back and picked up a butchered dog with a terrible hair cut. I had no idea I was going to find out the dog was (literally) butchered an hour later. Back at home the dog was not happy and playful as she usually always is. She was in obvious pain whenever I tried to pet her. She kept licking her right side under her belly, which made me look closer under her fur. I was shocked to find a huge wound on her belly. Oddly enough, there was however no blood to be found anywhere. I rushed the dog to the animal ER hospital in Skokie. She had to have 10 stitches and they also found a significant amount of crazy glue inside her wounded flesh! The shop owners denied having an accident or in anyway causing this wound. They kept insisting that this happened when she was with me. Yes, I guess its possible. Our pets can cut and glue themselves back together! Do yourself a big favor, Stay away from these butchers!
