I call to make the appointment to be greeted by a woman that is in a hurry and doesn't care about anything but filling up her appointment book. She talked over me most of the conversation and didn't listen to what I wanted done to my puppy. Against my better judgment I took the puppy to the appointment for a very limited trim/nail cut. When I got there the lady asked me again what I wanted done and whisked my dog off to the back like a complete #. Nail trim was fine but here is what get's my blood boiling: The lady proceeds to cut off the dog's whiskers and eyelashes!! Are you joking me? Is this amateur hour? I made comments to her during the trim about how my puppy has the cutest eyelashes and she proceeds to cut them off! To cap it all off, the place looks incredibly dirty. There was merchandise in the front of the store that looked like it hadn't been dusted for years. Beware!
