Have used this facility in the past, it was or first time. The staff walked us through the procedures of washing our very large dogs. She was very helpful and gentle with our dogs. I almost felt guilty walking out of there and leaving the mess for them to clean up. It is wonderful to have a place to take our dogs to bathe them and be provided with the equipment, shampoo and nice dry towels, and leave the mess behind for such nominal fee. We are taking our dogs again today. would highly recommend this place.
